Driver’s Career

At Exquisite Logistics we only hire drivers that have a minimum or 12 months verifiable driving experience. Additionally, they must possess a clean driving record and pass the required DOT drug tests and physical exam. The job requires that our drivers be able to deal with heavy-duty loading and unloading. 

Dispatcher’s Career

Exquisite Logistics insist that all dispatchers know the US map and have a working familiarity with major highways. Furthermore, we strongly value a thorough knowledge of various truck models, truck types, trailers, and measurements. It also helps if they have an understanding of the safest routes and the notable bridges on the roads. 

Shipping Coordinator's Career

Shipping Coordinators must have a high level of customer service. They must also have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and a working knowledge of logistics. To be able to work as a Shipping Coordinator at Exquisite Logistics, candidates must be able to handle multiple phone calls with different lines, faxes, and email communications. Furthermore, they must treat each customer individually while always doing everything in their power to solve the customer’s problem.
